1. Introduction
Welcome to Elite Ecom Edge, an online training business operated by Elite Ecom Edge LTD, a company registered in the UK (hereinafter referred to as “Elite Ecom Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Subscription Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 72 hours before the renewal date.
If cancellation is requested after this period, your subscription will automatically renew, and cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
4.2 Refunds
Due to the immediate access provided to our digital content and training materials, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees or one-time course purchases unless legally required under UK law (e.g. in cases of faulty or misrepresented digital content).
By purchasing a subscription or training programme, you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as the service is digital and delivered immediately.
Once a subscription is cancelled, you will lose access to all training materials and content.
5. Unauthorised Use & Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through the Elite Ecom Edge platform, including training materials, videos, documents, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Elite Ecom Edge LTD.
5.1 Prohibited Actions
You must not:

• Use our content for commercial training purposes without authorisation.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security measures on our platform.
5.2 Legal Consequences
We actively monitor for unauthorised reproduction or misuse of our content. Any breach of this clause may result in:

✅ Legal action for breach of copyright and loss of earnings, in accordance with The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
